If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
When is trash day? provides an informational service that helps users find trash, recycling, and related pickup schedules based on location. Schedule data may be sourced from public information, third-party providers, or community contributions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of schedule information. Schedules may change due to holidays, weather, or service provider decisions. Always confirm with your local waste hauler or municipality when timing is critical.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service and to agree to these Terms. The Service is offered from the United States; we do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside the United States.
4. User Accounts
Certain features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or these Terms.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from the Service without our prior written consent.

- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden the Service or infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or others.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. SCHEDULE INFORMATION IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR OUT OF DATE. RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE FOR TRASH OR RECYCLING PICKUP TIMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHEN IS TRASH DAY?
